About:
I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Cognitive and Brain Sciences, advised by Prof. Ran Hassin. My research focuses on how people intuitively group information over time and how these groups influence their decisions. To illustrate, stock brokers can look at the performance of their entire portfolio or first group by sector (e.g., tech, medical) and then use the grouped information as a basis for evaluation. I am interested in modeling human behavior and understanding when deviations from optimality occur.
Ask me about traveling and meditation.
